BOOKING CONDITIONS

Initial payment        
Please remit your initial payment by sending us your visa or credit card details. As soon as the initial payment of 15.-€ per night in period A and 10.-€  per night per pitch in periods B, C, D and E  plus reservation costs (20.-€) are affected, we will send you a confirmation by return. If we do not receive your visa or credit card details within the four weeks after your reservation is made, your option will be cancelled.

Cancellation                                                                                                                                                                                                          If you cancel your booking four weeks or less before the agreed arrival date, no refund will be made. We advice you tot take out cancellation insurance, which we can propose at 3,5% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum of 25.-€.  Please contact us if you are unable to arrive on the agreed date, otherwise your pitch will be given away. We don't settle if you arrive later than the agreed arrival date. During period A, all booked nights will be at your charge.
