Le Couderc has five types of chalets
All chalets are located on beautiful sites and have an outside, spacious and sheltered terrace with a table, chairs and two deckchairs: a real 'outdoor' room, ideal for eating and leisure. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen. All the chalets have a fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and WC. We do not provide with sheets, towels and dishcloths so bring them with you. However we do supply duvets (2.40 x 2.20 en 1.40 x 2.00) and pillows. Baby cots and baby chairs are available without no charge but should be reserved.
Type 1:
Chalet Le Papillon - museum meadow
Seven roomy chalets of 36 m², one of which is adapted to the physically disabled (La Biche). There are two bedrooms: one is a bedroom with a double-bed and another one with three single beds. There is a kitchenette in the living-room and a sofa bed for two extra people if necessary. The french windows open onto the terrace. These chalets can accommodate up to seven people.
Three chalets facing east (morning sun) are located on the museum meadow : le Papillon, la Sauterelle and la Libellule. The other four, namely le Renard, la Biche, le Sanglier and le Blaireau, are close to the swimming pool and the central facilities.
Type 2:
Chalet Le Pivert - family meadow
In 2006 we built five luxurious chalets of 45 m². These chalets can put up five people in the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three simple beds. The living-room includes a modern kitchen (including a microwave), a dinner table and a convertible sofa. Next to it there is a bathroom with a washstand, a shower and a toilet. The sliding french windows separate the living room from the 10 m² terrace.
Three chalets are on the museum meadow: le Coucou, le Vanneau and le Loriot. Their terraces face the south-east (morning sun). Le Pivert and la Buse are situated on the family meadow next to the paddling pool. Their terraces faces the west.
En 2010 a new chalet of 47 m² is built on the podium meadow: La Rainette. It is adapted to the physically disabled.
Type 3
Chalet La Pâquerette - flower meadow
Le Couderc will have four chalets of this type in season 2010. These chalets are ideal for two persons: one bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, shower and a washstand. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave. In the pleasant living room there is a sofa bed for two extra people. The french windows open onto a large terrace.
La Pâquerette, 36 m², is situated in the flower meadow and faces the west. En 2010 three new chalets of 41 m² are built on the podium meadow: le Lézard, le Crapaud and le Salamandre. The terraces are facing south-west.
Type 4:
Chalet Le Hibou - family meadow
Le Hibou, a chalet of 49 m², faces the west and is located on the family meadow near the paddling pool. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with bunk beds. It can accommodate up to eight people. The living-room has a sofa bed for two extra people as well as a dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave. Of course there is a bathroom with a shower, a washstand and a toilet. The french windows look onto a large terrace of 10 m².
Type 5:
Chalet Le Pissenlit - flower meadow
Four luxurious chalets of 52 m². These comfortable and pleasant chalets have two bedrooms and can put up seven people. The spacious living-room and its fully-equipped kitchen (microwave included) lead to a 17 m² terrace, seperated by sliding French windows.
'Le Pissenlit' and 'la Campanule' are located on the flower meadow facing the west. 'L'Orchidée' and 'le Bouton d’Or' are more surrounded by the trees of the museum meadow.
